What brands of neuromodulators are there?
Neuromodulators are sold by various pharmaceutical companies within Canada. The main 4 varieties are Botox, Dysport, Nuceiva & Xeomin. At present, we offer Dypsort & Botox. What’s the difference? – Come for a consultation and we can tell you all about it!
How much do neuromodulators cost?
Both Dysport & Botox are charged by the unit, at $10/unit. A complimentary consultation, provided prior to your procedure, will give you more accurate idea of pricing if you are a suitable candidate.
If you are seeking therapeutic treatment (migraines, TMJ, & hyperhidrosis), please book a complimentary appointment with Dr. Keara to discuss this procedure. If you are a suitable candidate, a prescription may be provided in addition to forms to aid with drug coverage if possible. These treatments do come with an injection fee of $250.

Neuromodulators often wear off within 2-4 months, and thus repeat treatment is recommended every 12 weeks.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes – we offer complimentary touch up appointments 2 weeks after your neuromodulator appointment. Are there any complications?

HA FILLER FAQ's
What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a substance found naturally in our body’s connective tissue. It is stabilized by pharmaceutical companies to prevent breakdown by enzymes within our body to allow us to add volume to areas of volume loss.
What is HA filler and what is it used for?
Hyaluronic Acid filler is used to soften fine lines and wrinkles, restore volume loss, and enhance facial contour & symmetry. Treatment areas offered include the cheek, chin, jawline, temple, nasolabial fold & fine lines around the mouth and lower face.
How much does filler cost?
Cost ranges according to treatment area & number of syringes required to get desired effect. A complimentary consultation, provided prior to your procedure, will give you more accurate idea of pricing if you are a suitable candidate. Most procedures mentioned above will cost ~$650/syringe. One exception is a ‘mini lip’, which uses 1/2 syringe, costing $375.
How often should I get treatments?
HA Filler’s breakdown does occur naturally without our body, and thus repeat treatments are often required. Depending on the area, repeat treatment is often recommended every 3-24 months. This will be discussed in more detail during your consultation.
Is there a reversal agent?
Yes! Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid. We often dissolve old HA filler due to migration or improper placement, and less frequently for complications that will be discussed prior to patient receiving any procedure. We offer complimentary dissolving to anyone who we provided treatment for, but do charge $100 to dissolve filler not placed by our providers.
Are there any complications?
Yes. As with any medical procedure, the risk of complications exists. Again, this is discussed in detail in each consultation and more detail will be provided at your appointment.
