CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We require at least 24 hours to cancel a single service, 48 hours or more for services longer than one hour, and 72 hours for group bookings, bridal parties etc. Please keep in mind that for all un-cancelled, un-filled appointments, an administration fee of $25 will be charged for every hour booked, or portion there-of. We require a valid credit card or gift certificate number at the time of booking, for group bookings, and all bookings longer than one hour, to confirm your reservation.
