Before making any online reservations, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review the following important information:
Please read the following important booking information prior to making any and all reservations.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We require at least 24 hours to cancel a single service, 48 hours or more for services longer than one hour, and 72 hours for group bookings, bridal parties etc.
- Please keep in mind that for all un-cancelled, un-filled appointments, an administration fee will be charged. (50% of all services reserved)
- We require a valid credit card or gift certificate number at the time of booking, for all services, to confirm your reservation.
01 Select Therapist
When booking your appointment, please note it is important to select the therapist you prefer from the “With whom?” drop down menu, after you select your service. This will ensure your appointment is scheduled at the proper time with the correct therapist.
02 Service Availability
Some services or packages are not available for online reservations. Please contact us to assist you in those specific reservations.
03 Booking Multiple Services
Booking more than one service? Please be sure to book pedicures or manicures as the final service performed to avoid disrupting your new polish application. (Massages, facials etc, may require disrobing and may result in polish disruption and or quality and should never follow a service that includes polish application.)
04 Payment Method Required
A valid credit card or gift card number is required for all reservations. Nothing will be charged on your card unless payment information is provided by phone only.
05 Booking Assistance
Should you require any assistance, please contact one of our spa co-ordinators to help complete your reservations.
These services are deemed unsafe during pregnancy and cannot be performed on expectant mothers:
Lavender Body Bliss, Tahitian Island Tranquility, JFY Signature Body Polish, Cozy Chai Back Relief, Detoxifying Back Relief, Nourishing Body Wrap, Massage Sampler Massage, Aroma, Scalp, Neck, & Back Massage, Headache Relief Treatment, Warm Stone Massage, Aroma Therapy Bath, Seaweed Detoxifying Bath, Re-Mineralizing Moor Mud Bath, Aroma Steam Therapy, Relaxation Massage Services
Waxing services need to be performed on dry skin, free of any lotions or oils. Please try to book your waxing services before any service that may use oils or lotions on the area you wish to wax.
Pedicure service to a customer affected by an infection or condition such as fungus, nail ‘mould’, weeping lesions, weeping dermatitis, eczema, broken skin, inflamed skin, infected skin or any other evidence of infection or irritation will be refused. We recommend consulting with a health care provider as soon as possible before coming in for a pedicure service.
We love children; we even have some of our own! However, so that the ambiance within the spa remains as relaxing as possible for all of our guests, (most of whom are specifically enjoying some time away from their little people), we require another form of childcare to be arranged outside of the spa environment. JFY will not allow babies, or children past the front reception desk or to accompany a parent to a service, must be 12 or over to receive services.
We have prepared the following guidelines to help enhance your spa experience.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment(s) to prepare for your JFY experience. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed. (Full charge will apply.) In order that we provide the best quality spa experience, we ask that each guest fill out a health assessment form. This will allow our spa therapists to become aware of anything that may effect your treatment. For the privacy of all of our spa guests, and to maintain the tranquility of our spa, only scheduled guests receiving services will be permitted past the front reception area. Outside visitors and guests will not be permitted.

We require at least 24 hours for a single service, 48 hours for services longer than one hour and 72 hours for all group bookings, bridal parties, etc. Please keep in mind, that for all un-cancelled, un-filled appointments, 50% of your service charges will be applied to the reserved credit card or gift card offered at time of reservation.
Gift Cards are available in any denomination or for any service or package. Please keep in mind our cancellation policies with respect to gift cards. Gift Cards for a dollar value do not expire. Gift cards for a specific service expire one year from date of purchase, and in accordance with provincial legislation they become worth the dollar value at time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable, not replaceable, are not valid on gratuities and must be present at time of payment.
To ensure that guests can enjoy the tranquil environment of Just For You, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum.
Because our day spa environment is a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, we require all cell phones & handheld devices are turned off or to silent before entering the spa.

Spa Sandals or Slippers are given upon arrival, & robes are available upon request for your comfort during your visit! Proper draping techniques are always used during all massage, body & facial treatments for your complete privacy and comfort.
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it to your therapist prior to beginning your treatment, regardless of the type, as certain treatments or products used may not be suitable for you.
