We have prepared the following guidelines to help enhance your spa experience!
Appointments:
Call us at 306.955.7546 or visit us online at www.justforyoudayspa.com to reserve your appointment. Please keep in mind that evenings & weekends are our busiest time and thus early reservations are recommended, however we will make every attempt to accommodate your need for a spontaneous spa experience and we invite you to enquire about last minute availabilities.
Upon Arrival
Please Arrive 15 minutes before your treatment(s) to prepare for your JFY experience. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed. (Full charge will apply.) In order that we provide the best quality spa experience, we ask that each guest fill out a health assessment form. This will allow our spa therapists to become aware of anything that may effect your treatment. For the privacy of all of our spa guests, only scheduled guests receiving services will be permitted past the front reception area. Guests accompanying a scheduled guest will not be permitted into the spa treatment areas.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We require at least 24 hours for a single service, 48 hours or more for services longer than one hour and 72 hours for all group bookings, bridal parties, etc. Please keep in mind, that for all un-cancelled, un-filled appointments, an administration fee of $25 will be charged for every hour booked, or portion there-of. A charge will be made to the confirming credit card or gift card.
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards:
Gift Cards are available in any denomination or for any service or package. Please keep in mind our cancellation policies and that all service gift cards have an expiry of one year. At the time that they expire, the gift card will then become worth the dollar value that it was purchased for and remain active to be used as a dollar value card with no expiry. (Due to service, price & menu changes). Gift cards are non-refundable, carry no cash value and are not valid on gratuities.
*JFY is NOT responsible for misplaced certificates and will not honour certificates if they are not presented at the time of your visit.
Spa Voices:
To ensure that guests can enjoy the tranquil environment of Just For You, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum.
Cell Phones:
Because our day spa environment is a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, we request that cell phones & pagers are turned off before entering the spa.
Children:
We love children; we even have some of our own! However, so that the ambiance within the spa remains as relaxing as possible for all of our guests, (many of whom are actually enjoying some time from their little people), we request that another form of child care be arranged outside of the spa environment. Children under 18 must have written consent from parent or guardian to receive spa treatments.
Medical Conditions:
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it to your therapist prior to beginning your treatment, regardless of the type of treatment. Certain treatments or products used may not be suitable for you.
Payment:
We accept Cash, Interac, Visa & Mastercard, and JFY Giftcards for all products & services.
